The project is a high-technology residential compound located in Al Arid District, Riyadh, near the vicinity of the “Riyadh World Expo 2030” site, covering an area of 380,000 square meters.

The design of a residential compound in close proximity to the international Expo requires an innovative urban design approach that balances functionality, community well-being, and sustainability. It aims to create a comfortable living environment for residents while providing diverse housing options to suit various groups and needs. The project is specifically designed to accommodate Expo 2030 staff, international visitors, and professionals, offering advanced technologies to support modern and efficient living.

CONCEPT: Inspired by the Expo logo, it is translated into six parts representing different axes of quality of life. Just as Expo brings the world together under its umbrella, this concept is distinguished by a central hub that forms the beating heart of empowerment, increasing connectivity among residents and fostering a diverse demographic for gatherings, family, and friendship. Paths also run through the neighborhood, connecting residents to public areas and open spaces, fostering a healthy lifestyle and social interaction within a sustainable environment.
